A Davenport Yale Grad Uses Hip Hop to Empower Underprivileged Youth
Kevin Beckford is a Davenport College Yale grad and a Blue Ivy community member with a higher purpose, one driven by the inequality of opportunity for underprivileged youth. Chronic poverty and the school-to-prison path is all too common and a barrier preventing many from fully reaching their potential.

How Raaja Nemani's World Travels Inspired His Entrepreneurial Journey
In 2004, Raaja Nemani graduated from Northwestern with a BA in Economics (cum laude), and, after a few years of working in the banking sector, he set off on a solo backpacking trip. He saw 30+ countries on six continents, and the experience reoriented his sense of how things are ordered — or not.
