Jeannie Masters is a master storyteller, expert content marketer, and experienced leader dedicated to growing brand authority, customer engagement, and long-term value through the art and science of content and communications. As Senior Vice President of Communications at Alumni Ventures, she leads AV’s content strategy, communications strategy, and brand messaging, overseeing a high-performing, cross-channel content operation and managing AV’s creative team of designers and video producers. Since joining AV in 2019, Jeannie has played a pivotal role in scaling the firm’s content, communications, and brand infrastructure to support its rapid growth. Her work helps ensure every asset reflects AV’s voice, identity, and strategic goals. Prior to AV, Jeannie served as Director of Content Marketing at EDB, a global open-source software company, and as Senior Manager of Corporate Marketing at Fortune 1000 technology provider Connection, where she launched the company’s first content marketing strategy. Jeannie holds an MBA from the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College and a BA with a double major in English and Business from Notre Dame College.
